She took out her frustration by filing my nails so hard that it hurt. Maybe it's worth it, but I still don't know what it is! The technician was very frustrated with MY inability to communicate with her. Finally, she pulled out a list of their services and started pointing at options. She couldn't explain the difference, but continued to ask me about 10 times. The technician spoke little English, and none of the other 'not very busy' staff offered to assist! She kept asking if I wanted the UV gel manicure or the regular gel manicure. I've never had so much confusion over a gel mani. Had one of THE worst manis ever here! Asked for a gel manicure.

I would try somewhere else, because not only is the menu pricey, the services can be hit or miss. Unfortunately, this was just enough to deter me from returning. I don't understand this policy because they had to be removed somewhere else at an extra charge just to start from scratch and get what I originally came in for. They informed me they could not both remove the nails and refund my money so I chose the refund. I went back the next day to request a refund and the nails removed because I didn't have time to have them redone. After leaving I noticed from the other side of my hand how it looked. She removed MOST of the gel and then went to redo my nails.I left looking like I had two nails on top of one another because she didn't file it down. I explained this to Clara when I went back because Yunice was not there. I went back a few weeks later to have the nails taken off and new gel added instead of doing a fill in because I damaged the tips.

Yunice did my nails with a full set and I loved them. The majority of my nail experiences were good but after the most recent, I don't think I'll be returning. I have had both good and bad experiences here at Prim.
